Before founding Norion Partners, Haig Ilanjian built his expertise over eight years at leading recruitment consultancies in Geneva, including one of the Big Four firms. His experience spans a wide range of professions including corporate finance, legal, compliance, tax,
marketing and sustainability as well as multiple industries such as luxury, healthcare, manufacturing, technology and financial services.
This cross-sector background has sharpened his dedication to act as a genuine advisor for both organizations and individuals. Through Norion Partners, he aims at bringing a forward-thinking perspective to talent acquisition, helping organizations attract highly qualified and
dedicated professionals while supporting individuals in making meaningful career transitions.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and management and a master’s degree in corporate strategy from the University of Geneva. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
